The licence is issued for one year and can then be renewed annually.
How many domains are included in the licence?
A standard licence covers up to two URLs. More URLs can be added to the same licence by paying an additional fee.

Sub-licencing is not allowed with an Anjouan gaming licence.
Is white-labelling allowed?
Yes, an Anjouan gaming licence allows white-labelling.
Do any hosting conditions apply?
Yes, the licencee is required to host a copy of its database within Anjouan. Online Gaming Associates can assist with this.
Does the Anjouan gaming licence allow the licencee to operate in all jurisdictions?
The licence allows the licencee to conduct gaming activities in all jurisdictions except the following restricted territories:

Austria
Comoros
France

What fees apply to the Anjouan gaming licence?
The following fees are payable to the regulatory authorities in relation to the gaming licence application:
Annual due diligence fee (up to 4 directors, shareholders and beneficial owners) - € 1,700
Annual licence fee - € 13,300
Annual compliance officer / key person authorisation fee - € 2,000
Additional fees may apply in the case of complex structures
The same fees apply for the annual renewal of the gaming licence.
